面对国际国内经济双重压力及各种运输方式间的激烈竞争,如何提升铁路运输份额、缓解铁路运量下滑,是一个迫在眉睫的重要课题。铁路运输已由传统的仅实现货物位移转变成现代物流体系的重要组成部分,需要满足社会物流多元化、差异性的需求。从铁路在综合交通体系中应发挥主力军角度出发,探讨运输价格、信息支撑、服务质量、人员素质等方面存在的问题,提出货运营销上量的一些分析与思考。
