造纸工业产生的纸浆废液因化学成分复杂,难以得到高效利用。试验研究了利用纸浆废液木质素磺酸盐接枝萘磺酸盐中间体改性制备的新型减水剂(PLGN)对水泥浆体的流动性、水化进程及硬化浆体微结构的作用。结果表明,PLGN能够改善水泥浆体的流动性,并具有缓凝作用;加速水泥初始期水化速率,使水化诱导期延长,但对第二水化放热峰值无影响;PLGN可提高后期水泥水化程度,使水泥石结构更加均匀密实。
Paper pulp waste liquid chemical composition due to complex, difficult to be highly efficient use. The effects of PLGN on the fluidity and hydration process of cement paste and the microstructure of hardened paste were studied by using the pulping of lignin sulfonate-grafted naphthalene sulfonate intermediate. . The results show that PLGN can improve the fluidity of cement paste and has retarding effect; accelerate the initial hydration rate of cement, prolong the hydration induction period, but have no effect on the second hydration exothermic peak; PLGN can improve the later period Cement hydration, so that the cement stone structure more uniform and dense.
