超声振动珩磨是一种新型的、高效的精密加工技术,广泛应用于汽车、坦克发动机缸套或缸体类零部件中。针对特种难加工材料38CrMnA,分别利用超声振动珩磨和普通珩磨进行加工,主要对比了磨削力、磨削区温度、工件表面粗糙度等参数。试验结果表明,超声振动珩磨具有加工效率高、珩磨磨削力小、磨削区温度低、加工精度高等优点,为提高珩磨效率和解决韧性、高硬、高强材料的光整加工开辟了新途径。
Ultrasonic vibration honing is a new type of highly efficient precision machining technology, widely used in automotive, tank engine cylinder liner or cylinder parts. According to 38CrMnA, which is special refractory material, the parameters of grinding force, grinding zone temperature and workpiece surface roughness are compared by using ultrasonic vibrating honing and ordinary honing respectively. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic vibration honing has the advantages of high processing efficiency, small honing grinding force, low temperature in the grinding zone and high machining accuracy, which opens up a new way to improve the honing efficiency and solve the toughness. .
