LOPA在化工园区公共管廊事故概率分析中的应用

为提高化工园区公共管廊的安全管理水平,确保公共管廊管道安全稳定运行。本文以上海化学工业园区内公共管廊为研究对象,将调整后的承压设备系统失效分析方法与保护层分析法(LOPA)相结合,提出了考虑安全装置可靠性的管廊管道事故概率计算模型,并将方法应用于上海化学工业区公共管廊区域内某氢气管道的事故概率分析,通过估算各独立保护层的失放概率得到保护措施发挥作用时的管道初始事故发生概率,并根据分析结果对防控能力不足的保护层提出改进措施,提高了管廊安全管理决策的科学性和有效性。
