鉴于硬质沥青在国外的成功应用以及未来中国对硬质沥青的需求,中海油气开发利用公司研发了3种30#硬质沥青。通过常规技术指标和流变特性的比较研究表明:与A-70#相比,30#硬质沥青的高温性能优越,感温性能好,感时性好,水稳定性好,但低温性能受到不同程度的损失。3种硬质沥青中,丙沥青的高温性能最突出,比较适合夏季持续高温而冬季温暖的气候条件、大交通量、低速行驶路段使用;甲沥青的高温性能较好,低温性能损失最小,比较适合对高温抗车辙能力有较高要求,同时对低温性能也有要求的路段使用;乙沥青与其他两种硬质沥青的性能比较而言,各方面都不占优势,建议在后续研发中舍弃。通过对沥青常规技术指标以及流变特性的比较研究,可以更好地了解沥青的性能,为沥青的研发、生产与应用提供理论与技术支持。

By comparing the conventional technical indexes of bitumen and rheological properties, the performance of bitumen can be better understood and the theory and technical support for the research and development, production and application of bitumen can be provided.
