2CB1C是硅补偿二极管。这种二极管常作稳压用,具有较好的稳压及温度特性,在分立元件半导体收音机中应用较为普遍。2CB1C外形为圆片形,多为白色,从机芯中查找极为方便。主要电参数为:稳定电压范围为0.6～0.7V,最大工作电流为20mA,最大耗散功率为50mW,代换时可用1N4001、1N4148正向连接,效果同原机一样。
