本文通过构建FDI前向关联影响东道国技术创新的理论模型,分析了研发投入在FDI前向关联促进技术创新中的作用,并利用制造业面板数据从研发人员投入和研发经费投入视角,实证分析了FDI前向关联对我国制造业技术创新影响的门槛效应,结果发现:总体上,FDI前向关联能否促进我国制造业技术创新,研发人员投入和研发经费投入起到重要作用。从按FDI进入程度分组考察来看,在FDI进入程度高制造业,FDI前向关联效应对技术创新有促进作用,且随着研发人员投入和研发经费投入的增加而提高;在FDI进入程度低制造业,FDI前向关联效应对制造业技术创新无明显影响,即使提高研发人员投入和研发经费投入水平也没有显著改变。
In this paper, the author constructs a theoretical model of FDI in host countries that affects FDI, analyzes the role of R & D investment in FDI in promoting technology innovation in frontiers and makes use of manufacturing panel data from the R & D personnel input and R & D funding perspective, empirical analysis As a result, it is found that the overall effect of forward linkages of FDI on technological innovation in manufacturing industry, input of R & D personnel and R & D investment plays an important role. From the point of view of the groupings of FDI in terms of FDI entry degree, the forward-linking effect of FDI promotes technological innovation and increases with the input of R & D personnel and R & D funding. In the case of low level of FDI entry In the manufacturing industry, the forward-linking effect of FDI has no obvious effect on the technological innovation in the manufacturing industry, and there has not been any significant change in the investment level of R & D personnel and R & D funds.
