通过对35CrMoA钢热处理工艺、组织和力学性能的研究,优化了风电高强螺栓热处理工艺参数,很好地满足了风电高强螺栓性能要求,为以后此类材料零件毛坯的热处理提供了技术支持。
Through the study of the heat treatment process, microstructure and mechanical properties of 35CrMoA steel, the parameters of heat treatment of the high strength bolts of wind power are optimized and the performance requirements of the high strength bolts of wind power are well met. This provides technical support for the future heat treatment of such material blanks.
