本文应用半固体糊灌胃法比较了旋复代赭汤、小半夏汤及旋复代赭汤减生姜、半夏对小鼠胃排空的影响。结果发现，旋复代赭汤能够促进小鼠胃排空；而小半夏汤能够抑制小鼠胃排空；去除生姜和半夏的旋复代赭汤能促进正常小鼠胃排空，并能够拮抗阿托品（００００３ｇ／ｋｇ）或左旋麻黄碱（００５６ｇ／ｋｇ）引起的小鼠胃排空抑制。上述结果表明旋复代赭汤促胃肠动力作用主要来自方中去生姜、半夏后的其它药味组合 In this paper, semi-solid paste stomach method was used to compare the effects of spinach decoction, Xiaobanxia Decoction and Xuanfudaixi Decoction on the gastric emptying of mice. The results showed that Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can promote gastric emptying in mice; XiaoXiaXia Decoction can inhibit gastric emptying in mice; removal of ginger and Pinellia Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can promote gastric emptying in normal mice and can antagonize atropine (00003g/kg) or levoephedrine (0056g/kg) inhibition of gastric emptying in mice. The above results indicate that the gastrointestinal motility effect of Xuanfudaixitang mainly comes from the combination of ginger and Pinellia oligosaccharides
