本研究采用ABC法,对大黄塑造的脾虚证大鼠的胃窦粘膜进行了免疫组织化学反应,分别显示胃窦粘膜的D和G细胞,并用医学图象分析系统,对D和G细胞的数目、细胞面积及细胞平均灰度值进行定量分析。结果表明,脾虚证大鼠与正常对照组大鼠相比,胃窦粘膜D和G细胞数均减少(P<0.01)、D细胞面积缩小(P<0.01),G细胞灰度值降低(P<0.01),G/D细胞数和面积比值均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),用四君子汤治疗后的脾虚证大鼠与自然恢复组大鼠相比,G细胞面积增大(P<0.0(?)),细胞灰度值变低(P<0.05)。结果提示:胃窦粘膜D细胞分泌活动增加,G细胞分泌活动减弱,G/D细胞比例失调,可能是脾虚证的一个重要病理机制,而四君子汤的健脾益气功效,可能与其能增加G细胞合成胃泌素的能力有关。
