研究表明生物工程工艺制备的腐植酸有效成份佛利安对小鼠S180移植瘤有显著的抗癌效果．最高治愈率达30％．佛利安的抑癌机理不是细胞毒．也不是通过细胞免疫．可能是通过强化体液免疫（抗体依赖型细胞毒ADCC）、活化巨噬细胞、活化NK细胞而实现其抑癌作用。结果表明，佛利安是一种毒副作用极小、抗癌治癌作用显著．作用方式独特的新一类抗癌物质。
Studies have shown that the humic acid active ingredient prepared by bioengineering process has a significant anti-cancer effect on transplanted tumors of mouse S180. The highest cure rate is 30%. The tumor suppressor mechanism of Friant is not cytotoxic. It is not through cellular immunity. It may be through the enhancement of humoral immunity (antibody-dependent cytotoxic ADCC), activation of macrophages, and activation of NK cells to achieve its anti-cancer effect. The results showed that Folien is a kind of toxic side effects, anti-cancer cancer significantly. A unique new class of anti-cancer substances.
