本文报告了新型抗凝血灭鼠剂大隆对两种家栖鼠的实验室试验。灌胃给药的急性和慢性LD_(50),褐家鼠是0.32mg/kg和0.06×5mg/kg,小白鼠是0.57mg/kg和0.08×5mg/kg。用0.005%大隆毒饵做摄食试验,2天“无选择”试验,褐家鼠和小白鼠分别获得10/10和15/15毒杀比;2天“有选择”试验,褐家鼠毒杀比9/10;4天“有选择”试验,大白鼠和小白鼠都全部死亡。毒饵接受性很好。所得数据还与另一种新型抗凝血灭鼠剂鼠得克作了比较。本试验结果支持以往研究者的结论:大隆对褐家鼠和小家鼠的毒效比现有的抗凝血灭鼠剂好。
This article reports the lab test of two new domestic anticoagulant Dalong rats. Acute and chronic LD 50 administered orally, Rattus norvegicus 0.32 mg / kg and 0.06 × 5 mg / kg, and mice 0.57 mg / kg and 0.08 × 5 mg / kg. Feeding test with 0.005% Dalong bait, 2 days “no choice” test, Rattus norvegicus and mice were 10/10 and 15/15 poison kill ratio; 2 days “choice” test, Rattus norvegicus poisoning Than 9/10; 4 days “selective” test, rats and mice all died. The bait is well received. The data obtained are also compared with another novel anticoagulant rodenticide, murdol. The results of this experiment support the conclusion of previous researchers that Dalong has better toxic effects than the existing anticoagulant rodenticides on Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus.
