目的对成都市武侯区食源性致病因素监测网的监测结果进行分析。方法 2008~2010年在全区12个监测点采集并检测13大类共1042件食品样品。结果 2008~2010年共检测食品1042份,合格888份.总合格率为85.22%;各年度标化合格率分别为77.65%、81.58%和84.46%;水产品合格率54.76%,豆制品合格率62.64%;大肠菌群超标、菌落总数超标、甲醛残留及镉超标共占不合格项目总数的近80%;城乡标化合格率分别为86.09%、85.18%和82.28%。结论 2008~2010年成都市武侯区食品卫生水平趋于上升,主要问题在于微生物超标、重金属超标以及甲醛残留,且城乡之间食品卫生水平存在差异。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of foodborne pathogenic factors in Wuhou District of Chengdu City. Methods From 2008 to 2010, a total of 1042 food samples from 13 major categories were collected and tested at 12 monitoring sites in the region. Results A total of 1042 food samples were tested and 888 samples were obtained from 2008 to 2010. The total pass rate was 85.22%. The passing rates of standardization in each year were 77.65%, 81.58% and 84.46% respectively. The passing rate of aquatic products was 54.76% 62.64%; coliform exceeded, the total number of colonies exceeded, formaldehyde residues and excessive cadmium accounted for nearly 80% of the total number of unqualified projects; urban and rural standardization pass rates were 86.09%, 85.18% and 82.28%. Conclusion The level of food hygiene in Wuhou District of Chengdu City tends to increase from 2008 to 2010. The main problems lie in the excess of microorganisms, excessive levels of heavy metals and residues of formaldehyde, and the differences in food hygiene level between urban and rural areas.
