一、制订身体锻炼计划的意义锻炼目标一经确定,并选择了与目标相适应的锻炼手段后,随即就是制订锻炼计划。锻炼计划直接控制锻炼实践过程。制订锻炼计划,实际上就是根据锻炼目标的要求,设计将锻炼者现实态的身体状况向目标态转化的实施方案。其意义是: (一)为锻炼实践提供具体的实施方案。如果说目标是以计划这种具体形式来指导、控制锻炼实践过程,那么,锻炼实践过程则是按照锻炼计划选择的手段,遵循计划规定的程序和步骤,通过计划的实施来达到锻炼的目的。 (二)有利于提高学生锻炼的自觉性和积极性,克服锻炼的盲目性。
