[目的/意义]在当前学科服务发展环境下,更好地改进学科馆员服务质量评价工作。[方法/过程]以Lib QUAL+图书馆服务质量评价模型为基础,以用户需求为导向,在正式构建完整的指标体系前搜集用户提供的指标,筛选出适用于学科馆员服务质量评价的指标;参考专家意见,遵循评价指标的确定原则,在用户贡献指标的基础上进行调整与修改,并采取德尔菲、层次分析、因子分析方法对指标进行主客观综合赋权。[结果/结论]形成正式的学科馆员服务质量指评价标体系,并进行实证分析。
[Purpose / Significance] To improve the quality evaluation of subject librarians better under the current development of discipline service. [Method / Process] Based on the Lib QUAL + library service quality evaluation model and customer demand orientation, the index provided by users is collected before the formal index system is formally constructed, and the indexes suitable for the evaluation of the service quality of subject librarians are screened out ; Referring to expert opinion, following the principle of determining evaluation index, making adjustment and modification based on the user contribution index, and taking Delphi, AHP and factor analysis methods to carry out the subjective and objective weighting of indicators. [Result / Conclusion] Formal academic librarian quality of service evaluation index system is formed, and empirical analysis is carried out.
