目的:探讨栝蒌根散对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响,分析其降糖作用与剂量之间的关系。方法:SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠,给予36 mg.kg-1链脲佐菌素(STZ)ip建立2型糖尿病模型。将成模大鼠按随机表随机分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组、参芪降糖颗粒组和栝蒌根散低、中、高(2,4,6 g.kg-1)剂量组,每组10只,每天ig相应的药物。10只正常大鼠作为正常组,每天ig2 mL生理盐水。ig前和ig 8周后各测一次空腹血糖和体重,最后从腹主动脉采血,化验各组大鼠的甘油三脂和胆固醇。结果:栝蒌根散低、高剂量均能降低链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠血糖(P<0.01),低剂量作用最强,中剂量无效。栝蒌根散3个剂量均能降低2型糖尿病大鼠血脂(P<0.05),但不能控制大鼠体重的下降。结论:栝蒌根散能降低糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖,其作用与剂量之间不存在量效关系。其降脂作用明显,但不能改变糖尿病大鼠体重下降的趋势。
Aims: To investigate the effect of Xuyi Root Powder on blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic rats, and to analyze the relationship between the hypoglycemic effect and the dosage. Methods: SPF male Wistar rats were given type 2 diabetes mellitus with 36 mg.kg-1 streptozotocin (STZ) ip. The rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin hydrochloride group, Shenqi Jiangtang Granule group and Xuyi Root Powder in low, medium and high dose groups (2,4,6 g.kg-1) 10, ig each day the corresponding drug. 10 normal rats as normal group, ig 2 mL saline daily. Fasting blood glucose and body weight were measured before and after ig eight weeks later, blood was finally collected from the abdominal aorta, and the triglycerides and cholesterol of the rats in each group were tested. Results: The results showed that low and high doses of Radix Rehmanniae Decoction could reduce the blood glucose of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats (P <0.01), the effect of low dose was strongest and the middle dose was ineffective. All the three doses of Xiongzhe root powder can reduce the blood lipid of type 2 diabetic rats (P <0.05), but can not control the weight loss of rats. Conclusion: Qionglaisan can reduce blood glucose in diabetic rats, its role and dose does not exist between the dose-effect relationship. The lipid-lowering effect is obvious, but can not change the trend of weight loss in diabetic rats.
