目的探讨分析道路交通事故相关的颌面创伤流行病学情况,明确本地区现阶段道路交通事故相关的颌面创伤的发生频度、规律,总结有效的治疗技术。方法通过与霸州市交警大队建立网络联系,预先建立病例数据库格式,逐一录入2012-07-01/2013-06-30日一年间发生的交通事故的各项信息,对事故发生的时间、路段地点、车辆种类、事故成因、总损伤与颌面损伤,等,进行汇总分析和统计学处理。结果颌面部交通事故伤的发生一年中7、8月及1、12月,每周一及周末发生较多,与车辆类型及驾驶员相关。本组资料受伤人员197例,其中颌面部伤占30.46%,头颈部伤占10.02%,四肢伤占40.55%,躯干伤占5.01%,颌面部合并头颈部伤占1.48%,颌面部合并四肢伤占9.07%,四肢合并躯干伤占1.41%,颌面部合并躯干伤占1.21%,头颈颌面部、四肢和躯干合并伤占0.79%。颌面部交通事故伤以男性居多。男女比例约为4.6∶1。青年人(20~30岁)是颌面创伤的好发群体。结论道路交通事故导致颌面部损伤有一定时限性,在总损伤人数中占有较高比例。
Objective To investigate the epidemiology of maxillofacial trauma associated with road traffic accidents and to clarify the frequency and regularity of maxillofacial trauma associated with road traffic accidents in this area and to summarize the effective treatment techniques. Methods By establishing network connection with Bazhou Traffic Police Brigade, the format of case database was established in advance, and various information of traffic accidents occurred one year from 2012-07-07 / 2013-06-30 were input one by one. The time of the accident, Location, type of vehicle, cause of accident, total injury and maxillofacial injury, etc., for summary analysis and statistical analysis. Results The incidence of maxillofacial injuries in July, August and January and December was more on every Monday and weekend, which was related to vehicle type and driver. The group of 197 injured patients, of which 30.46% of maxillofacial injuries, head and neck injuries accounted for 10.02%, 40.55% of limb injuries, trunk injuries accounted for 5.01%, maxillofacial merger head and neck injuries accounted for 1.48%, jaw 9.07% of facial merger limbs, 1.41% of limbs combined with torso injuries, 1.21% of maxillofacial and torso injuries, 0.79% of head and neck, maxillofacial and limbs and torso. Maxillofacial injuries are mostly men. The male-female ratio is about 4.6: 1. Young people (20 to 30 years old) is a good group of maxillofacial trauma. Conclusions Road accidents can cause maxillofacial injury with a certain time limit, accounting for a high proportion of the total number of injuries.
