目的有效降低媒介种群密度,迅速控制登革热流行。方法室外用敌敌畏空间喷洒;疫点、重点场所采用灭得优乳油、奋斗呐悬浮剂或大灭微胶囊剂滞留喷洒;水体投放Bt-H14,Bs10混合液或5%飞彪颗粒缓释剂;设立防护带;开展以清除孳生地为主的综合治理;以捕捉孳生场所成蚊和询问现场工作人员进行灭效考核;以布雷图指数、容器指数和房屋指数评价防制效果。结果综合防制后白纹伊蚊布雷图指数、容器指数和房屋指数下降明显,破山村分别下降了99.5%、98.3%和97.5%;振兴村分别下降了98.7%、90.1%和96.4%;逍路沿村分别下降了98.9%、95.3%和96.8%;桥一村分别下降了98.7%、92.4%和96.3%。各村布雷图指数均降至5以内,疫情得到了控制,10月14日后无新发病例。结论控制白纹伊蚊密度,可使登革热疫情得到有效控制。
Objective To effectively reduce the population density of the vector and rapidly control the epidemic of dengue. Methods Dichlorvos space was sprayed outdoors; epidemic points and key sites were sprayed with dextromethorphan, Fen Suosu suspension or Daquu capsule; Bt-H14, Bs10 or 5% Feibiao granules sustained release was sprayed on the water; The establishment of protective belt; to carry out to eliminate the breeding ground-based comprehensive management; to capture the breeding grounds of adult mosquitoes and ask the site staff to test the effectiveness of extinction; with the Brett Index, container index and housing index evaluation of the control effect. Results After the integrated control, the Brett Index, the index of containers and the house index of Aedes albopictus decreased significantly. The villages in Broken Hill decreased by 99.5%, 98.3% and 97.5% respectively. The villages in Zhenxing declined by 98.7%, 90.1% and 96.4% respectively. The number of roadside villages dropped by 98.9%, 95.3% and 96.8% respectively; that of Qiaoyi Village dropped by 98.7%, 92.4% and 96.3% respectively. The Brettones index in each village dropped to less than 5, the epidemic was under control and no new cases occurred after October 14. Conclusion Control of Aedes albopictus density can effectively control dengue fever.
