选用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和二异丙醚(DIPE)作为汽油抗爆剂,均按体积分数3%、6%分别添加到93号汽油中,研究其抗爆性能。在发动机试验台架上,通过测量缸压、燃油消耗率、排放等数据,研究添加不同体积分数DMC和DIPE的汽油对发动机燃油经济性、燃烧特性和排放特性的影响。试验结果表明,在添加体积分数为3%时,DMC和DIPE使燃油消耗率平均增加0.85%和1.6%,添加体积分数为6%时,DMC和DIPE使燃油消耗率平均增加3.7%和1.3%;缸压峰值点都出现下降,最大放热点推迟,在低负荷表现更为明显;HC排放都得到显著改善,DMC改善NOx排放。
Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and diisopropyl ether (DIPE) were chosen as gasoline antiknock agents, and their antiknock properties were studied by adding 3% and 6% of the volume fraction respectively to 93 gasoline. On the engine test bench, the effects of adding DMC with DMC and DIPE on the fuel economy, combustion characteristics and emission characteristics of the engine were studied by measuring the cylinder pressure, fuel consumption rate and emission. The results show that when the volume fraction is 3%, DMC and DIPE increase fuel consumption by 0.85% and 1.6% on average, DMC and DIPE increase fuel consumption by 3.7% and 1.3%, respectively, when the volume fraction is 6% ; The peak of cylinder pressure drops, the maximum extinction point is delayed, and the performance is more obvious at low load; HC emissions are significantly improved, and DMC improves NOx emission.
