目的了解开封县城乡小学生血铅含量及其差异,为不同环境小学生制定防治铅中毒管理模式提供依据。方法选取本县县城内和农村具有代表性的小学各1所,对在校的三、四年级学生采取手指末梢血,采用卫生部推荐的微分电位溶出分析法检测血铅。结果县城小学生血铅平均含量为86.8μg/L,血铅浓度超标者为37.6%;农村小学生血铅平均含量为60.5μg/L,血铅浓度超标者为20.7%。结论开封县县城小学血铅平均含量与其他普通中、小城市相比略低;农村小学生血铅含量明显低于县城。
Objective To understand the blood lead levels and their differences among primary and secondary school students in Kaifeng County, and to provide basis for different primary and secondary school students in formulating prevention and control of lead poisoning. Methods One representative primary school in the county and the rural areas were selected. Peripheral blood of fingers were taken from third and fourth graders in school. The blood lead level was determined by the method of differential potentiometric stripping analysis recommended by the Ministry of Health. Results The average level of blood lead was 86.8 μg / L and the level of blood lead was 37.6%. The average level of blood lead was 60.5 μg / L in primary school pupils and 20.7% in those who exceeded the standard of blood lead. Conclusion The average level of blood lead in Kaifeng County primary school is slightly lower than that in other ordinary middle and small cities. The level of blood lead in rural primary school children is obviously lower than that in the county town.
