由于激光焊接侧吹保护效果及加工过程中的方便性和灵活性受到限制,设计并试制了激光焊接同轴保护喷嘴。根据激光焊接保护的特点,通过喷嘴结构的合理设计实现了两种气体单独控制的混合气体保护方式。利用该同轴保护喷嘴进行不锈钢激光叠焊试验,分析同轴保护喷嘴对保护效果及焊接过程的影响。结果表明,此种结构喷嘴中的气路、气腔及出气口设计合理,出气均匀,保护效果良好,能够减少焊接烟尘和飞溅对聚焦镜的污染,并对其起到一定的保护作用。
As laser welding side blowing protection and processing convenience and flexibility are limited, the design and trial production of laser welding coaxial protection nozzle. According to the characteristics of laser welding protection, a reasonable design of the nozzle structure to achieve a mixture of two gases separately controlled gas protection. Using the coaxial protection nozzle stainless steel laser welding experiment, analysis of coaxial protection nozzle on the protective effect and the impact of the welding process. The results show that the gas passage, air chamber and air outlet in this kind of structure nozzle are designed reasonably, with uniform air outlet and good protection effect, which can reduce the pollution of welding soot and splash on the focusing lens and play a protective role.
