目的通过分析人头模和实际患者靶点位置的精确度,确定影响SRS200X-刀系统靶点位置精确度的主要因素,给出精确度的一个数量级,供X-刀临床医师和物理师参考和借鉴。方法将五个钢珠放在人头模内,测量治疗全过程靶点位置总的精确度。结果CT定位精确度>1.02±0.50mm,人头模靶点位置总的精确度为1.40±0.50mm。结论CT定位、计划设计以及摆位治疗都对靶点位置精确度有影响,对于实际患者还有其他因素影响靶点位置的精确度,因此,治疗总的偏差将更大
OBJECTIVE: To determine the main factors influencing the accuracy of target position of SRS200X-knife system by analyzing the accuracy of the position of human head and the actual patient’s target, giving an order of magnitude of accuracy for reference and reference by X-knife clinicians and physicians . Methods Five steel balls were placed in a human head mold to measure the overall accuracy of the position of the whole process of treatment.
