介绍了一种在线过滤,浓缩和紫外光谱测定地表水中痕量苯胺的技术。试验结果显示,A quapod SPE 250测定实际地表水样中苯胺的方法检出限和定量限分别为0.23Lg/L和0.75Lg/L;配备9个1.98—98.9 Lg/L不同浓度苯胺标准溶液分别平行测定6次,计算得到测定均值与理论值的相对偏差范围在-12.2%和3.49%之间,相对标准偏差为1.72%—5.26%,且测定均值与理论值的线性关系较好(R2=0.9990,p<0.001),表明该技术用于苯胺的在线监测,准确度和精密度较好,满足在线监测预警的需要。
An online method for the determination of trace aniline in surface water by filtration, concentration and UV spectroscopy is introduced. The experimental results showed that the detection limit and the limit of quantitation of A quapod SPE 250 for the determination of aniline in surface water samples were 0.23Lg / L and 0.75Lg / L, respectively; and 9 different concentrations of 1.99-98.9 Lg / L aniline standard solution The relative standard deviations were between 1.12% -5.26% with the relative deviation of -12.2% and 3.49%, and the linear relationship between the measured mean value and the theoretical value was better (R2 = 0.9990, p <0.001), indicating that this technique is used for the on-line monitoring of aniline with good accuracy and precision and meets the needs of on-line monitoring and early warning.
