学校改革的核心在课堂改革,而小组合作学习改革最为重要也最为困难。一方面应该从合理分组、深钻教材、培训组长、教给方法等进行课前的规准备。另一方面课堂管理中老师应该敏锐监控小组,培养良好合作行为;引导小组精选合作内容,必要时干预帮助;坚持积极评价,形成合作学习氛围。教师要勇于将舞台让给学生,要让学生在展示、在讨论、交流甚至争论中获得真知,让课堂成为学生综合素质培养和形成的大舞台。 The core of school reform is classroom reform. The most important and difficult task for group-based cooperative learning and reform. On the one hand should be reasonable grouping, deep drilling materials, training team leader, teaching methods such as pre-class rules and regulations.
