目的探讨RUNX3蛋白在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例结直肠腺癌患者的癌组织及正常组织中的RUNX3表达情况,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 RUNX3在结直肠腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高于正常组织,其表达水平与肿瘤的TNM分期、肝转移、淋巴结转移及肠壁浸润深度相关。结论 RUNX3的低表达在结直肠腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,有望成为临床诊治的新靶点,并为结直肠癌的治疗起指导作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of RUNX3 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its biological significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RUNX3 in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinical data. Results The positive expression rate of RUNX3 in colorectal adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal tissues. The expression level of RUNX3 was correlated with TNM staging, hepatic metastasis, lymph node metastasis and depth of intestinal wall invasion. Conclusion The low expression of RUNX3 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. It is expected to be a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment and play a guiding role in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
