随着新课改的进一步深入,广大农村初中的数学教学质量也在普遍提高,“以生为本”更使多数学生的数学成绩和综合素质得到了明显的提升。然而,由于各种因素的影响,学生的数学成绩仍然存在着两极分化现象,而且随着数学教学内容的不断进展,班级的后进生比例甚至逐步扩大,极易形成与众不同的“弱势群体”。这种状况不但影响了班级数学教学中整体素质的提高,而且对学生个人的人生成长形成了阴影。如何挽救这些处于教育边缘的孩子,让这些迟开的“花朵”也能健康成长,本文就“弱势群体”问题,结合自己的实践作一探讨。
