目的探讨社区卫生服务中心的医务人员的工作满意度的影响因素的信度与效度,为医务管理者提供决策和管理的依据。方法对社区服务中心进行随机整体抽样的方法研究,设计针对社区卫生服务中心调查问卷,采用集体学习、统一介绍、现场填写、当场交卷的形式。结果涵盖医务人员影响满意度的各个方向,指标体系的总的Cronbachα系数为0.921。各维度与其它维度间的积矩相关系数均小于该维度的Cronbachα系数(0.924),并且项目的得分与总量表得分存在明显的相关性(r=0.694,P<0.05)。KMO统计量0.934,barrlett球型检验,卡方值为2971.3(P<0.01),累积方差贡献量为64.88%。“综合满意度”得分与各个维度得分R2=0.470,P<0.01,相关性具有显著性意义。结论量表调查结构比较稳定,不受一般人口统计学因素的影响,此量表具有信度与效度高,可操作性强,符合社区医务人员的满意度的客观评价需求。
Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the factors that affect the job satisfaction of medical staff in community health service centers and provide the basis for decision-making and management of medical managers. Methods The method of random sample sampling was conducted in community service centers. The questionnaires for community health service centers were designed. Collective learning, uniform introduction, field filling and on-the-spot examination were designed. The results covered all aspects of medical staff’s satisfaction satisfaction, and the overall Cronbach’s coefficient of the indicator system was 0.921. The correlation coefficient of product moments between each dimension and other dimensions is less than the Cronbachα coefficient of this dimension (0.924), and there is a significant correlation between the scores of the items and the total scale score (r = 0.694, P <0.05). KMO statistic 0.934, barrlett ball test, chi square value 2971.3 (P <0.01), the cumulative variance contribution was 64.88%. “Comprehensive satisfaction ” score and each dimension score R2 = 0.470, P <0.01, the correlation has the significant meaning. Conclusion The survey structure of the scale is relatively stable and not affected by the general demographic factors. The scale has the objective evaluation requirements of high reliability and validity, strong operability and in line with the satisfaction of community health workers.
