试验用二氧化氯溶液是将含亚氯酸钠、碳酸氢钠水溶液与柠檬酸(活化剂)溶液按1:1混匀而形成,含2.05%二氧化氯。以悬液试验观察其杀灭微生物效果。含二氧化氯200 mg/L溶液,作用15 min可将 HBsAg抗原性完全破坏,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 20 min,或以含二氧化氯 40 mg/ L溶液对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用 10 min,杀灭率均达 100%。其杀菌效果随二氧化氯浓度增加、作用时间延长而增强,随有机物浓度增加而减弱。该液对金属有中度至重度腐蚀。其二元型包装存放 54℃下 14 d,二氧化氯含量下降率为5.74%。
