目的探讨不同的化疗方案联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法43例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两个组:EP方案加放疗25例,NP方案加放疗18例。放射治疗采用常规分割60Coγ线照射。结果EP化放组近期有效率55%,中位生存期8.4个月;1,2,3年生存率分别为40%,13.6%和8.5%;NP化放组近期有效率71%,中位生存期11.2个月;1,2,3年生存率分别为61.1%,19.3%和11%;各组之间近期有效率、中位生存期、1,2,3年生存率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论两种方案化放疗均可用于晚期非小细胞肺癌的综合治疗。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of different chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty-three patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: EP plus 25 cases and EP plus 18 cases. Radiation therapy using conventional segmentation 60Coγ ray irradiation. Results The immediate effective rate was 55% and the median survival time was 8.4 months in EP group. The 1-, 2-, and 3-year survival rates were 40%, 13.6% and 8.5%, respectively. The recent effective rate was 71% in NP group, The survival rate was 11.2 months. The survival rates at 1, 2 and 3 years were 61.1%, 19.3% and 11% respectively. There was no significant difference in the recent effective rate, median survival time, 1, 2, 3 years survival rate among the groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both of the two regimen radiotherapy can be used for the comprehensive treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
