松弛素是人体自身产生的一种激肽分子,有活化基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs),产生一氧化氮(NO),抑制内皮素等作用,它能使体循环和肾血管扩张,动脉顺应性增加。在心血管病治疗领域,松弛素作为急性心力衰竭(AHF)治疗药物的临床试验结果表明,松弛素能缓解AHF发生时的呼吸困难,缩短住院天数以及提高发病60d内存活率等,并且无明显的不良反应。
