20 0 1年中国零售百强的变化进一步显示 ,以百货为代表的传统业态正在逐步丧失主导地位 ,以连锁超市为代表的新型业态正在飞跃发展。面对外资零售企业、网络技术和零售业自身发展规律的挑战 ,中国零售业必须以创新求发展。未来中国零售业将在零售业态、发展战略、营销管理、组织结构、商品策略、竞争策略等方面展开全方位的创新发展。
The changes in the top 100 retailers in China in 2011 further show that the traditional formats represented by department stores are gradually losing their dominant position. The new formats represented by supermarket chains are leapfrogging. In the face of the challenge of the development of foreign-funded retail enterprises, network technology and retail business, China’s retail industry must seek development through innovation. In the future, China’s retail industry will launch a full range of innovative development in retail formats, development strategies, marketing management, organizational structure, product strategy and competitive strategy.
