我们研制了一种多用途的振动摩擦磨损试验机。试件在振动与加载同时作用下能自动、同步的测量和记录动态摩擦力(摩擦系数)与合成压力。磨程预选计数和自动停机装置能自动控制试验磨程,保证每次试验磨程相等。该机具有良好的模拟性、重现性和灵敏性,其试验重现性误差小于5%左右。本机主要用于研究在振动或无振动工况下金属材料的摩擦磨损行为,以及振动工况对非金属材料(例工程塑料)式摩阻材料(例离合器片材料)的磨损特性的影响,也可用于摩擦学教学实验之用。
We developed a multi-purpose vibration friction and wear testing machine. Under the action of vibration and loading, the specimen can automatically and synchronously measure and record dynamic friction (friction coefficient) and synthetic pressure.
