当代大学生心理健康问题日益突出,得到社会广泛关注。学校体育在执行传统观念下的“育体”职能之外又被赋予了“育心”的内涵,。本文通过文献法,逻辑分析法探究学校体育在大学生健康心理的形成和保持过程中扮演的角色,从自我认知,挫折教育等方面进行分析研究,得出结论:学校体育是行之有效的缓解大学生心理问题的方法,高校应重视和支持学校体育的发展,使学校体育充分发挥促进大学生心理健康的积极作用。
The psychological problems of contemporary college students have become increasingly prominent and have drawn wide public concern. Physical education in schools is conferred on “education of the minds” in addition to the traditional “nurturing” functions of the traditional concept. Through literature and logic analysis, this paper explores the role of school physical education in the formation and maintenance of college students’ healthy psychology. From the perspective of self-awareness and setback education, it concludes that school physical education is effective and effective The psychological problems of college students, colleges and universities should pay attention to and support the development of physical education so that the school sports give full play to promote the psychological health of college students.
