我国在五十至六十年代设计柴油机时,主要是进行热力计算、动力计算及零部件强度计算。在以后的实践中逐步认识到了刚度和热负荷问题的复杂性和重要性。柴油机设计得好坏,除其它因素外,很大程度上取决于这两个问题处理得好坏。文章结合6120、6130、6105Q及695Q型柴油机,对燃烧、刚度和热负荷三个问题进行了分析。文章最后指出,我国柴油机在向欧美型柴油机方向发展的更新换代时,必须首先搞好供油系的研究和生产,提高润滑油的抗氧化性能和加强试验研究工作。
When designing diesel engines in the 1950s and 1960s, China mainly carried out thermal calculation, dynamic calculation and component strength calculation. In the later practice, the complexity and importance of stiffness and heat load problems are gradually recognized. Diesel engine design is good or bad, among other things, largely depends on the two issues handled well or bad. Combining with 6120, 6130, 6105Q and 695Q diesel engines, the article analyzes three problems of combustion, stiffness and thermal load. Finally, the article points out that when diesel engine of our country is upgrading to Euro-American type diesel engine, we must do a good job in the research and production of fuel supply system first, improve the oxidation resistance of lubricating oil and strengthen the experimental research.
