Oncell触摸技术将触摸感应膜层集合于液晶显示面板上,相较于常规的双层技术方案,具有更轻薄化,透过率更高,制程更优的特点。本文将单层多点电容方案、复合盖板、防反射、防指纹涂层、全贴合等新技术用在了Oncell上。研究了在车载复杂状况下的使用,可匹配不同的液晶显示驱动技术。经过试验测试,最新开发的Oncell触控技术,可以支持3点以上触控,支持戴手套操作,通过头部撞击试验,其表面反射率低于3%,线性度为±1.5mm,最新开发的Oncell触控技术关键技术问题得到了解决,经过测试,可以满足车载产品苛刻的要求。今后Oncell触摸技术也必将会成为车载触控领域重要的技术方案。
