目的 :探讨单片式Acrysof人工晶状体折叠镊植入与推注器植入后视力恢复、散光度及角膜内皮细胞密度变化。方法 :对术后 3个月内能按时完成随访并除去因合并其他眼病影响术后视力者 ,折叠镊植入与推注器植入各 5 0只眼的资料进行回顾性研究 ,将术后各期视力、散光度及角膜内皮细胞密度变化进行对比研究。结果 :术后第 1天两组平均视力都大于0 5 ,两组之间差异有非常显著意义 (u检验 ,P <0 0 1) ,术后 7天两组间无差异 (u检验 ,P >0 0 5 )。术后 7天两组散光度差异有显著意义 (t=2 2 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,术后 1、3个月时两组间散光度差异均无显著意义 (t=0 4 71,t=0 136 ,P >0 0 5 )。术后角膜内皮细胞密度两组间差异无显著意义 (t=0 4 34,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :两种方法均能获得良好视力恢复 ,推注器植入组视力恢复更快 ,角膜散光度变化更小。在植入单片Acrysof人工晶状体术中 ,值得推荐用推注器。
Objective: To investigate the visual acuity recovery, astigmatism and changes of corneal endothelial cell density after single-chip Acrysof intraocular lens implantation and implantation. Methods: The patients were followed up on time within 3 months and those who had postoperative visual acuity affected by other ophthalmopathy were removed. The data of 50 eyes with folded tweezers and implants were retrospectively studied. All eyesight, astigmatism and corneal endothelial cell density changes were compared. Results: On the first day after operation, the average visual acuity of both groups was greater than 0 5. There was significant difference between the two groups (u test, P 0 01). There was no difference between the two groups after 7 days (u test, P > 0 0 5). There was a significant difference of astigmatism between the two groups 7 days after operation (t = 2 0 05, P 0 05). There was no significant difference in astigmatism between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after operation (t = 0 4 71, t = 0 136, P> 0 0 5). There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative corneal endothelial cell density (t = 0 4 34, P 0 05). CONCLUSION: Both methods have good visual acuity recovery, visual acuity recovery is faster and corneal astigmatism changes less in the injector implant group. In the implantation of single-chip Acrysof intraocular lens surgery, it is recommended to use a syringe.
