多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科常见的疾病之一,是以内分泌紊乱为主、多种代谢异常导致的异质性临床综合征,是引起女性不排卵性不孕的主要原因之一。胰岛素抵抗和肥胖是PCOS的重要表现。内脂素(visfatin)是近年来发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,主要发现在脂肪细胞的细胞核和细胞质中,能够调控腹部脂肪细胞的分化和成脂作用,并能与胰岛素受体结合,调节胰岛素敏感性。通过对PCOS患者血浆内脂素水平的研究以及内脂素基因水平的探索,寻找PCOS和内脂素的关联,并可能为进一步了解PCOS的发病机制,诊断和治疗PCOS提供一个新的方向和途径。
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the common gynecological diseases. It is a clinical syndrome characterized by endocrine disorders and various metabolic disorders. It is one of the main causes of female infertility. Insulin resistance and obesity are important manifestations of PCOS. Visfatin is an adipocytokine found in recent years. It is mainly found in the nuclei and cytoplasm of adipocytes, which can regulate the differentiation and adipogenesis of adipocytes in the abdomen and bind to the insulin receptor to regulate insulin Sensitivity. Through the study of the plasma visfatin levels and the visfatin gene level in PCOS patients, we find the association between PCOS and visfatin and may provide a new direction and approach for further understanding the pathogenesis of PCOS and diagnosing and treating PCOS .
