目的了解漳州市公共场所中央空调冷却塔水及冷凝水分离的嗜肺军团菌的Kat B与rcp毒力基因携带状况,为军团菌病的防控提供基础研究资料。方法采用PCR法对40株嗜肺军团菌菌株进行Kat B与rcp基因检测。结果 40株嗜肺军团菌中Kat B毒力基因阳性11株,阳性率为27.50%(11/40);rcp毒力基因阳性27株,阳性率为67.50%(27/40)。Kat B基因阳性的11个菌株rcp基因均为阳性。Kat B基因阳性菌株中LP1血清型5株,LP7型4株,LP13型2株;rcp基因阳性菌株中LP1血清型13株,LP7型8株,LP13型6株。在检测的17株LP1血清型中,Kat B基因阳性率为29.41%(5/17),rcp基因阳性率为76.47%(13/17);12株LP7血清型中Kat B基因阳性率为33.33%(4/12),rcp基因阳性率为66.67%(8/12);6株LP13血清型中Kat B基因阳性率为33.33%(2/6),rcp基因阳性率为100.00%(6/6)。结论漳州市公共场所中央空调冷却塔水及冷凝水分离的嗜肺军团菌的Kat B与rcp毒力基因携带率较高。
Objective To understand the virulence genes of Legionella pneumophila Kat B and rcp isolated from central air-conditioning cooling tower water and condensate water in public places in Zhangzhou City, and to provide basic research data for the prevention and control of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods 40 Legionella pneumophila strains were tested for Kat B and rcp by PCR. Results The virulence genes of Kat B in 40 Legionella pneumophila strains were positive, the positive rate was 27.50% (11/40). The positive rate of rcp virulence gene was 27 (67.50%, 27/40). The 11 strains of rCP gene positive for Kat B gene were all positive. 5 strains of LP1 serotypes, 4 strains of LP7 strains and 2 strains of LP13 strains were positive for Kat B gene; 13 strains of LP1 serotypes, 8 strains of LP7 strains and 6 strains of LP13 strains were positive for rcp gene. The positive rate of Kat B gene was 29.41% (5/17) and the positive rate of rcp gene was 76.47% (13/17) in the 17 LP1 serotypes tested. The positive rate of Kat B gene in 12 strains of LP7 was 33.33 The positive rate of rcp gene was 66.67% (8/12). The positive rate of Kat B gene in 6 strains of LP13 was 33.33% (2/6) and the positive rate of rcp gene was 100.00% (6 / 6). Conclusion The Legionella pneumophila isolated from water and condensate of central air-conditioning cooling tower in public places in Zhangzhou City have a higher carrying rate of virulence genes Kat and rcp.
