[目的]调查东港区食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性情况,为防治乙型肝炎提供真实可靠的数据。[方法]采用酶联免疫法对东港区14 792名从业人员进行HBsAg、HBeAg检测,并对统计结果进行统计分析。[结果]被检测的14 792名从业人员中,HBsAg阳性282例,阳性率1.90%。其中男性阳性率2.94%,女性阳性率1.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);食品从业人员阳性率1.93%,公共场所从业人员阳性率1.84%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]东港区及公共场所从业人员中总体HBsAg阳性率较低。建议调离病毒携带者的同时,加强从业人员乙肝疫苗预防接种,提高对乙肝病毒的免疫力。
[Objective] To investigate the positive HBsAg status of employees in food and public places in Donggang and provide authentic and reliable data for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B. [Method] Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect HBsAg and HBeAg in 14 792 employees in Donggang District, and the statistical results were statistically analyzed. [Results] Of the 14 792 employees tested, 282 were positive for HBsAg and the positive rate was 1.90%. The positive rate of males was 2.94%, the positive rate of females was 1.51%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); the positive rate of food practitioners was 1.93% and that of public places was 1.84%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the positive rates of different age groups (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The overall positive rate of HBsAg among the employees in Donggang District and public places is low. It is recommended to remove the virus carriers at the same time, strengthen the practitioners hepatitis B vaccination, improve immunity against hepatitis B virus.
