目的 :探讨广州管圆线虫所致大白鼠心脏的病理变化。方法 :大白鼠感染管圆线虫后 ,用光镜与电镜观察其心脏的形态改变。结果 :感染 30天后的大白鼠右心房室及肺动脉可见成虫寄生 ,心肌纤维变性 ,嗜酸粒细胞浸润 ,内膜细胞脱落 ,外膜有纤维素渗出。电镜下见肌膜高度水肿 ,肌丝溶解 ,线粒体空泡变等。结论 :广州管圆线虫所致大白鼠的心脏病变 ,主要表现为成虫寄生于右心室 ,并可致心内膜、心肌及心外膜炎症性改变
Objective: To investigate the pathological changes of the heart of rats induced by Angiostrongyliasis. Methods: After infection with C. elegans, the morphological changes of the heart were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results: After 30 days of infection, the right atrium and pulmonary arteries of rats showed parasitic, myocardial fibrosis, eosinophilic infiltration, exfoliation of endometrial cells and exudation of cellulose in the outer membrane. Electron microscopy showed a high degree of edema, myofilament dissolved, mitochondrial vacuolar changes. CONCLUSION: Heart disease induced by C. elegans in rats is mainly caused by adult parasitism in right ventricle and inflammatory changes of endocardium, myocardium and epicardium
