恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量越来越受到外医学界的重视。手术、放疗、化疗、生物反应调节剂与中医药治疗,已成为国内恶性肿瘤的常规治疗方法。近30年来,毫米波(MMW)技术在医学上的应用,得到迅猛发展,成为热门的研究课题。毫米波辐照对不同的生物体或组织细胞有着不同的频率窗效应及功率和时间阈值。因此,研究毫米波或极高频电磁波(EHFW)对机体的各种生物学效应(尤其是免疫学效应),在探讨其肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用机理与临床应用评估有重要意义。现就近年来国内外有关MMW在恶性肿瘤治疗中的研究与应用进展作一综述。
The quality of life of patients with malignant tumors is increasingly valued by the medical community. Surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological response modifiers and Chinese medicine treatment have become routine treatment methods for malignant tumors in China. In the past 30 years, the application of millimeter wave (MMW) technology in medicine has been rapidly developed and has become a hot topic of research. Millimeter wave irradiation has different frequency window effects and power and time thresholds for different organisms or tissue cells. Therefore, the study of various biological effects (especially immunological effects) of millimeter-wave or extremely-high-frequency electromagnetic waves (EHFW) on the body is of great significance in the discussion of its mechanism of action and clinical application assessment of tumor immunotherapy. The recent progress in research and application of MMW in the treatment of malignant tumors at home and abroad is reviewed.
