年末岁尾,到劳动部门走访,一例依据新《工会法》处理的劳动纠纷案引起了笔者的兴趣。 小叶原系蓝草牧业公司职工。2001年11月15日上午,县工会邀请部分尚未建立基层工会组织的企业职工座谈如何保护职工合法权益的问题,小叶应邀参加座谈。会上,小叶反映自己所在的公司拖欠职工工资问题,引起了上级工会的关注。11月16日,县工会派有关人员到小叶所在公司调查,证明小叶反映的情况属实。工会即与该公司进行交涉,要求补发拖欠的工人工资。公司经理何某了解到这是小叶在工会座谈会
