笔者二十多年来常用烟叶治疗甲沟炎,临床疗效满意,今将用法介绍如下: 取鲜烟叶(大而厚者佳)一块,去净泥沙,加食盐少许同捣烂即成。用前先把患处用生理盐水冲洗,如有脓必须把脓排出,冲洗干净,再敷上捣制好的烟叶,纱布包好,早晚各换一次药,轻者2至3天、较重者5至8天即愈。典型病例:杨××,男,20岁。1987年 The author has used tobacco leaves for the treatment of paronychia for more than 20 years.
