主要采用高效液相色谱法分析25%丁硫克百威·福美双悬浮种衣剂。在C18柱的基础上,以甲醇+水(体积比为94∶6)作为流动相,流速为0.7 m L/min,柱温为室温即20℃,选择270 nm作为检测波长。其中丁硫克百威线性相关系数为0.999 0,福美双线性相关系数为0.999 8。该方法具有精密度和准确度高、线性关系好以及重复性好等优点,适用于产品质量的检测分析。
