介绍了采用挖补工艺修补含有穿透性损伤和非穿透性损伤的复合材料加筋板。修补材料 32 6 1/T30 0是一种中温固化环氧树脂基复合材料 ,在外场修补条件下具有较好的综合性能。试验结果表明无论是含穿透性损伤还是非穿透性损伤的复合材料加筋板 ,经用 32 6 1/T30 0预浸料和 SY- 2 4胶膜挖补修补后 ,满足原结构的静强度要求。
Introduced the use of digging process to repair penetrating damage and non-penetrating damage composite stiffener. Remedy 32 6 1 / T30 0 is a mid-temperature cured epoxy resin-based composite that has good overall performance under field repair conditions. The experimental results show that the composite stiffened plate with penetrating or non-penetrating damage is repaired by 32 6 1 / T 30 0 prepreg and SY-2 4 film to satisfy the static structure of the original structure Intensity requirements.
