教师是学校最重要的资源,故有“校之根本在人,人之根本在师”的观点。基于这样的认识,本课题以宁夏吴忠市利通区第九教研共同体教师为例,采取了问卷调查与理论分析相结合的方式,对不同性别、不同教龄、不同年龄、不同学科、不同性别、不同身份教师的职业态度现状进行调查分析,研究了影响教师职业态度的因素,探究不同层面应为培养教师积极的职业态度做出改进的措施。
Teachers are the most important resources in schools.
