电能是一种最方便、最清洁、最容易控制和转换的能源形态。我国电力企业是以生产经营电能这一重要产品的相对独立的经济实体,是实现自主经营、自负盈亏的社会主义商品生产者和经营者,是具有一定权利和义务的法人。电力企业具有自我改造和自我发展的能力。南于电力工业的基本特征决定了电力生产、流通、消费过程与社会经济发展是一个不可分割的有机整体,并且于社会经济的发展要求和电力工业自身发展的先行性,决定电力工业必须超常规发展。如何继续保持电力企业的健康高速的发展以成为当务之急。电力企业要适应这种形势的要求,一定要从文化建设入手,改变观念,创建新机制,方能立于不败之地。所以,电力企业要想在日趋激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,不断发展壮大,就必须探索、营造一种符合时代特征的、科学有效的企业文化。因此,电力企业在当前这个严峻的形势下培植与锻造有特色的企业文化比以往任何时候迫切。一.研究和创建企业文化的必要性企业文化是一种组织文化,是指企业员工在生产经营过程中所形成的思想意识、价值取向和行为方式,是企业员工多种意识要素的综合。企业文化对于企业实现自身目标的意义。企业文化理论可以深刻地阐明企业为什么和怎样成长和变化这一其他理论所无法解决的问题。企业文化是企业立身于社会所必需的精神支柱,它不仅能够解释企业内部的运行情况,更为重要的是还能向企业管理的领导者指出什么是企业最重要的问题。因为当前电力企业改制已进入关键阶段,所以企业文化的营造以及加强对企业文化的研究尤为重要。企业文化不仅是一种内在的强大的驱动力,可以最大限度地激发每个员工工作的积极性和主动性,也是电力企业发展的动力源泉。二.企业文化所包含的结构国内外涉足企业文化领域研究的学者普遍认为,企业文化丰要包括以下几方面内容:
