分配公平抱怨是任何组织都无法避免的,处理失当就会给组织带来直接或间接的负面影响。本文结合企业案例,从分配公平抱怨的两面性、个体的分配公平感差异与公平分配规律偏好以及化解技术等方面分析和探讨解决分配公平抱怨之道。
Allocation of fair grievances is unavoidable by any organization and failure to deal with it can have a direct or indirect negative impact on the organization. In this paper, we analyze and discuss ways to solve the problem of fair distribution of grievances from the two sides of the distribution of fair grievances, the individual differences in the sense of fairness of distribution and the preference of fair distribution and the technology of resolving.
