1978年以来,我县普遍开展了驱绦灭囊活动,共治绦虫病患者2754人,排虫者1820人,排虫率为66.1%,共驱除绦虫2264条.并在骑岭公社进行了治绦重点观察,所用杀绦灵系抚顺市中药厂生产.诊断标准及服药对象凡有食猪、牛肉史;纳差,多食而体瘦;有异嗜癖,腹痛,浑身无力,头晕等症状并有绦虫节片排出者,即诊断为绦虫病.只要近期未患严重心脏病和其它严重疾病者,均为服药对象.服药方法成人2～2.5g,最多不超过3g(原规定为1.5g),小儿每公斤体重40mg,早晨空腹一次服.1(1/2)～2小时后服泻药硫酸镁,成人25～30g(原规定为酚酞2片,每片含0.1g).孕妇、小儿或年龄过大、体质差者用酚酞片与杀绦灵同服,成人4～6片,小儿酌减.
