可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)是一种糖蛋白,来源于细胞膜上的低亲合力受体 P55蛋白,分子量为45KD,作为机体免疫力的标志之一,在一定程度上可反映细胞免疫水平及其功能。本文应用双 McAb 夹心 ELISA 检测智能低下(MR)患儿血清 SIL-2R 的水平,旨在评估 MR 患儿的细胞免疫水平,以期分析 MR 患儿细胞免疫功能低下的原因。结果,MR 患儿 SIL-2R 活性明显增高,且与 MR 严重程度明显相关。
Soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) is a glycoprotein derived from the cell membrane low affinity receptor P55 protein molecular weight of 45KD, as one of the signs of body immunity, to some extent, reflects the cells Immune level and its function. In this paper, double McAb sandwich ELISA was used to detect the level of SIL-2R in children with mental retardation (MR). The aim of this study was to evaluate the cellular immunity in children with MR and analyze the reasons of cellular immune dysfunction in children with MR. Results, MR children with SIL-2R activity was significantly increased, and significantly correlated with the severity of MR.
